SilkNava is software for Rise, Sleep, and Reflect. It is not medical care and cannot promise that an alarm will fire. If something failed at a critical time, use a backup wake method and write to us — we will try to diagnose the app, not replace lost time.

Questions, troubleshooting, missed prepares, billing confusion. Include iOS version and roughly when it happened.

Confirm the iPhone was powered on, the scheduled time is correct, and the Rise had finished preparing. System alarms can still fail in restricted modes, with a dead battery, or if the app was removed. Keep a backup for anything important.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions and refunds for App Store purchases are managed by Apple (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). We cannot cancel an Apple subscription from this site.
