SilkNava is an iPhone app for three quiet audio rituals: Rise (a spoken alarm), Sleep (spoken wind-down with atmosphere), and Reflect (spoken affirmation — words of confidence, not a meditation course). It is lifestyle software, not medical care.

Rise is a spoken morning alarm instead of a harsh default tone. On supported iOS versions it uses the iPhone’s system alarm so it can still sound when the phone is asleep or on Do Not Disturb. Delivery is best-effort. Keep a backup wake method for anything important, and never rely on SilkNava as the only alarm for work, travel, medication, or caregiving.

Rise is designed to use the system alarm path on supported iOS versions, which is how it can still ring through sleep and Do Not Disturb. If the iPhone is powered off, the battery is dead, a restricted mode blocks alarms, or prepare did not finish, it may not sound.

Yes, with SilkNava Plus. You may clone only a voice you have the legal right and consent to use. Clones stay on the iPhone by default. Catalog voices such as Bella and Echo are available without cloning.

Reflect is spoken affirmation: language that follows your theme — you are capable, loved, and able to meet what is in front of you. It is not therapy, not a diagnosis, and not a crisis service. If you feel worse, stop.

Sleep is spoken narration plus atmosphere for winding down. You can ask for a Theme (SilkNava writes a script from your notes) or Exact (it speaks your words as written). Sessions can be short. It is for relaxation and routine, not treatment of insomnia or any sleep disorder.

Theme: you describe the feeling or scene; SilkNava writes a script, then speaks it. Exact: your own words, unedited. Both spend from the same credit bag when credits remain. When the bag is empty, Theme writing and Exact voice continue on the iPhone.

Saved scripts, mixed audio, clones, mix, speech rate, and pause stay on your iPhone. SilkNava does not sell personal data, does not run advertising tracking, and does not use your content to train public models. Bundled voices, atmospheres, mix, speech rate, and sentence pause are free. A one-time welcome bag of Theme credits is included.
