Delete account

SilkNava does not require an email login. The app uses an anonymous identifier for entitlements and Theme credits. Scripts, voices, clones, and mixes stay on the device unless you used Theme credits (then the prompt text for that job is processed in the cloud).

Delete data on your phone

Use Settings → Privacy in the app, or delete SilkNava. That removes local scripts, voice samples, and settings on that phone. App updates are not meant to wipe this library.

Delete the cloud identifier

Email privacy@silknava.com from a reachable address and ask us to delete the anonymous Firebase user and credit ledger linked to your install. Include any user ID shown in Settings if available. We will delete the cloud identifier and associated ledger we control. We cannot recover on-device audio after you delete the app.

Subscriptions and packs

Cancel SilkNava Plus in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or the anonymous account does not cancel Apple billing. Consumable credit packs already applied stay on the ledger until used or until we delete the ledger at your request.
